I returned an item (a portable air conditioner) using my own prepaid Parcelforce label.

The parcel has already been delivered to the seller –

However, I haven’t received any refund or update from the seller. the return statue doesn't change.

Could you please help me process the refund or contact the seller?

You should keep all aspects of returns within ebay's system.   If you opened a return but used your own postage you should contact ebay and ask them to add your tracking number to the case.   They can then enforce the refund.  You can request a callback on here:
