Large parcel costs

I'm drafting an item for sale and want to calculate the postage cost but the item is 65cm long so falls outside the 'medium parcel' option but I'm only offered the medium parcel option with a 61cm limit. I know Evri accept parcels up to 120cm, where do I find that on the draft?

There are several tech issues outstanding still a waitin' to be fixed.

A Community Manager has offered this workaround  hopefully will help your particular issue.

There is a workaround for oversized packages which will allow sellers to ship items up to 120cm:

Set carrier preferences to EVRi only

When listing the item, select the medium parcel preset associated with the appropriate parcel weight.

Please note, as seen above, that the max W&D will continue to be displayed Up to 61 x 46 x 46 cm. EVRi will accept parcels once no one side exceeds 120cm in length.

Dropoff at EVRi lockers will not be possible for items over 61cm

Thank you for your advice. I've done as you suggested and excluded Royal Mail and set a medium parcel rate via Evri according to the weight. If needed I'll keep my fingers crossed. Appreciate your help
