Seller sold my item I paid for elsewhere

I purchased a bag early this morning on buy it now and the seller has just got back to me saying she has sold it elsewhere, how do I get my money back? Surely this isn't allowed.

If seller does not refund you,open item not received case 1 day after estimated delivery date,

Escalate 4 days later if still no refund.
