Purchased perfume & it’s nothing like the original either in packaging or smell

Start a return on here:

select "Doesn't match description" and escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days to get a full refund.

They wouldn't be able to do that if it was opened within 30 days and the correct reason chosen.   But you could contact ebay and see what they say about getting a refund.   You can request a callback on here:

Or contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback.
