UK Seller - Buyer from Australia can't buy my item even though Global Shipping is selected

I am a UK-based seller and have a buyer from Australia interested in one of my items. I have ensured the global shipping programme is selected in my listing, that Australia isn't an excluded location and I have explicitly selected the option that I ship to Australia.

However the AUS buyer can't seem to buy my item. It tells the to contact me for postage costs but can't see a way to progress the purchase plus I have no way at my end to state / change the shipping costs.

I'm assuming that it might be the size of my parcel that is the issue (77cm high, 38 wide, 24 deep, 5KG total) and that the global shipping programme prohibits me shipping something of this size but I can't see a way to progress the transaction and purchase through eBay. Any help appreciated.

If you revise your listing and add direct postage cost to Oz they should be able to proceed.

You can put their ID on your exemption list to lift any blocks for good measure:
