i get a message that says i cant bid on this item using the app

I get a message saying I can't purchase or bid on this item using the app add to watch list but its already in my watch list of i use the Internet version it asks me to sign in then just does the same thing im missing out on good deals due to not being able to bid on the items I want

A few things to ask.

Do you perhaps have any unpaid item strikes ?

Do you perhaps live in the Channel Isles or N. Ireland?

Either, and the seller may have blocks in place.

If it's any bladed item you are trying to bid for you will not be able to pay without a credit card on your eBay account.

None of the above its a ps5 this time but its happening on many things from different sellers i have sent an example from today times running out and I can't place a bid

It's worth switching devices and browsers and clearing cache and cookies,  see if that helps.

Laptop / PC with Chrome is a good combo try that,  hopefully that may help ? 🤔
