Sold a camera and buyer immediately asked to change delivery address (should I be worried?)

Just sold a camera for £500. The buyer has only 1 feedback rating. He immediately messaged me saying he used the wrong postal address and asked to change it to another one in the same city. We're both in the UK. Am I being overly cautious or could this be a scam?

You are only protected if sending tracked to address supplied by eBay when buyer pays. 

Never post to address as requested by message. 

You can cancel, problem with buyer address. 

Then relist for them to buy again and put correct address at ebay checkout.
