What does it mean by "Your buyer has reached out about their order" when my buyer hasn't even contacted me about their order they purchased from me? On the ebay app in the messaging section between buyer and seller at the bottom of the last message in a grey box, it has the letter "i" in a blue circle and then says "Your buyer has reached out about their order. Since you used Simple Delivery, we'll work with your buyer directly on any delive..." and that's all it says in the grey box.
There's no dispute between me and the buyer so what is the buyer supposed to have reached out about?
Any ideas?
And is there any way to resolve this if there is some sort off dispute or is it a fault with ebay's messaging service?
Hope someone can tell me and explain.
Thanks.

With simple delivery if item is lost or damaged in transit ebay refund the buyer themselves and the seller keeps the payment. The item is not returned.
In this case it sounds like the buyer contacted ebay direct rather than open a claim.

It shows from the tracking information though that the items (the vests I messaged about recently that I posted separately) have all been delivered so if they have all been delivered and the buyer has received them, then what issue does the buyer have with them?

The other issue would be damaged in transit.

I can't imagine all three packages could've arrived damaged. I always ensure all my items are securely and well packaged. He's not made any attempt to contact me about them if any or all have arrived damaged and he's not replied back to my message from yesterday either yet.
