badly described goods

seller will not send me a return postage label for incorrect goods which was far short of stated length of cable advertised and time is running out for the return by date...

Seller provides returns label, you post back for full refund.

Escalate to ebay on day 4 if no label or refund.

Thank you for your advice, but I was so annoyed I got to speak to eBay adviser and once he reviewed all the messages received and sent, ebay fully refunded me the money cancerned....so kudos to EBay!
