It seems I am now unable to sell any more in ebay. Ebay insists I use Evri labels, but my post office cannot accept these as Evri labelled packages are only accepted in large town post offices. I have a spinal fracture and am unable to get into a town to post items - and it seems buyers are now unable to send me their postal address. Clearly it seems that ebay no longer values small sellers or those who are unable to get to a town to post items. Also, in my experience (and that of many I know) Evri has a very poor reputation and packages are often delivered to the wrong address (or worse, even dumped by them). So, if using Evri is now a precondition of Ebay then I can no longer sell through Ebay - and suspect many others will be unable to as well. John Ormowe

While i agree with your sentiments on Evri,eBay doesn't insist you use them, you have the option of choosing either Evri or Royal Mail or both using the link above.

Thank you, but I cannot see a link that you suggested. Previously I had been able to access a buyer's postal address, but now this is broken up by ebay. John O.

You need to follow the good advice you have been given.

You can choose to ONLY use Royal Mail.
Buyers don't need to send you their postal address. Ebay have always supplied postal addresses through 'order details', now addresses are on the pre-paid labels that Ebay supply. You can print the labels at home or take the QR code to the Post Office on your phone.
