How to find an ebay user

I am trying to find an ebay user I have their name but I can't find where to look for thrm

If you have their ID and they are currently selling go to My eBay > Advanced search, top right, next to the blue search tab > Items by seller.

You can't search for a member by name, only by username.

I think it's been at least twenty years since members could be found by name. Those were the days of innocence!
