Best to contact eBay Customer Services the correct way, shown below, to ensure they were the ones to make the call. Must say I find this rather odd receiving a phone call ,not a Call Back from CS ? 🤔

I strongly recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning , 8 a.m. on weekdays, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
