Postage costs

Why aren’t I being offered domestic postage for a tiny item that is going to cost less than the £2.70 they want to charge me for simple delivery?  It’s an action man belt!!

Only exempt categories can be listed mot using simple postage. 

Ebay have cunningly managed to give full details of which categories are exempt but need to weigh up to 100 gms, and value up to £20. Ebay does not very helpfully say you will find when listing whether item is exempt.

Some collectables are exempt, but this is what ebay say without being any use at all.
