Good day, please I need guidance. 9am this morning I visited the post office with my sold parcel but it was rejected there. They said the parcel is too big for my choice of service. It's just a TV Bracket.
You can cancel/refund the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown actions menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist with correct postage for the buyer to buy and pay again.
