I need to provide my address for collection of a sold item

I need to provide my home address for a sold item collection but eBay will not allow me to add my address to the buyer (even when messaging the buyer through the eBay app)!

The buyer has to pay first and then you can exchange contact details.

Cash on collection is no longer an option

The buyer gets a code which you scan when they pick up or you manually add it to ebay.
