Hi All, I sold some large items on ebay about 2 weeks ago as 'buyer collect' and ebay says they have paid and buyer said they had arranged a courier to collect about a week later but courier was a no-show and have tried contacting buyer since but no response from them.
I haven't found anything much on ebay about what my options are, the ebay cancel sale reasons do not seem to cover this situation, any suggestions about what I can do.
I am not getting anywhere asking ebays idiot robot thing and I can't get it to put me in contact with a person, it says it is going to but everything stops at that point.

All you can do is give your buyer a deadline to collect, and tell them you will cancel if they are still a no show. They will be refunded at this point.
If they decide to send another courier make sure you receive the QR code which must be scanned on collection. This is just as important if a courier turns up. Without this you have no proof of collection.

You can cancel. The nearest reason we have is "Something wrong with buyer's address", because they are probably too far away to collect.
You could email them first if you like and say you need it collected by a certain date. If they don't reply or don't collect by then you can cancel or you can do it right away if you prefer.
And put their ID on your blocked bidder list:

You can enter the code manually. See "Proof of collection" on here:
