Have you set up your selling account correctly to sell on eBay and to receive payouts from those sales?

I am a member like yourself with no access to your account.

You have to keep trying Customer Services who do have that access and can tell you why your money is on hold.

Have you looked at the link I provided above?  Have you registered for eBay's Managed Payments?
