ebay customer ser waste of time

why is so hard to speak  to ebay customer ser  got to be the worst ser every used to be so easy but now

just a total waste of time a customer left some nasty feedback on my site after i offered to refund them in

full  made a complaint to ebay  asking for feedback to be removed and its still on their and i have not sold a thing since and its all over a £3.99 magazine that the customer said had a crease to cover but had the same identcal magazine for sale on his own site  so a possible scam plus i have lost a lot of sales. Honestly thinking about giving up with ebay not happy one bit

Of course I agree it's so disappointing if a buyer leaves a bad feedback before trying to resolve a matter with the seller, some see the feedback option as a messaging board.

 

Thankfully,  they left this on a neutral so it doesn't affect your seller performance.  

 

Have you tried to work this out with the buyer, then you can send them a feedback revision to complete.

 

If you think this neutral is affecting your sales leave a follow up,  but be aware to be polite and factual, as potential buyers will read feedback from you and can see how you deal with problematic buyers.
