Too few days to dispatch rule for private sellers

I am really upset with recent changes of dispatch day’s policy. I am a private Seller, and a regular person that jungles work and family.
However, because Ebay is too keen to compete with Amazon, our days to dispatch allowance is melting away like a water drop in a desert.

First it was 4 working days, now are only 3. But even those 3 are manipulative joke. I sold my item on the Monday eve, around 8pm. Never less, Monday was counted for me like the 1st working day and I was obliged to send my item by Wednesday. So, in reality, I had just 2 days to find time to race to a post-office. It is really not fair to any of us, private Sellers.

Nope,  many aspects of the new Simple Delivery and the new Buyer Protection Fee,  are disliked by many.

If you pop over to the Discussion Boards, you will see many threads from unhappy peeps,  you are not alone! 😐

You can see if altering or reducing your 'working days' (for Ebay) makes a difference.

You can specify which days you post which should give you a longer handling time, even with the new 3 day dispatch time which has come in with Simple Delivery.

Select cut-off times for same day dispatch

Working days and cut-off time

Click on 'edit' and then you can choose the days you can post.  If you narrow it down to a couple of days a week, that will give you more 'breathing space'.
