Hi there.
I listed a set of CDs for sale, there were already 3 other sellers including the massive music magpie.
Here's a list of the items that didn't follow policy:
Item: 388902517053 Mike Oldfield : Beneath the Bells: London Broadcast 1973 CD (2020)
Reference ID: 2-197562995714
If you enter the EAN for this 0823564033341, you will find 3 others offering it for sale, even if you use the 'sell it yourself' feature, and omit updating the EAN, you still get a message from Ebay saying you can't sell it as it's a counterfeit item. How is it possible therefore for other ( mostly the bigger fee paying sellers ) to actively sell something that Ebay are adamant is a knock off. It just smacks of 2 tier customer service, OK, I can sell it in my shop easily enough, but it's the double standard that get my goat. Anyone else experienced this ?
