I’ve sold a fridge & freezer - buyer has paid, funds are pending - unable to arrange date & time that suits us both for collection, buyer has asked for return of payment - How do I do this ?? I’ve managed to find a refund page that says some money will be sent by eBay account and some from my bank !?! Why ??
