Removing negative feedback

How do I remove negative feedback that I in correctly posted? Suggestions please

Seller has to send you a feedback revision request.

You must think about leaving negatives, seller can only post that cannot prevent loss in post, and in any case if it was a private seller that is what you pay ebay for, protection against loss. Ebay refunds, not the seller

The one with refund given / item not received ?

Send the seller a message to send you a feedback revision to complete.

They could actually ask for it to be removed themselves as the feedback mentions a refund, but ask for that revision,  I'm sure they'd be very happy to send this.
