EVRi failed to deliver a large suitcase. It was either stolen or ‘lost’. That was 8 days ago, 6 business days, but still no refund had been received. eBay stated that a refund will be made. There is no way to speak to a human so what is needed to conclude this issue? Many thanks for any advice.

Select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

and escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a full refund.
If you've already started that just escalate as soon as possible to get your refund.

Thank you. But how can I escalate this issue. The tracking now shows that the suitcase was returned to the seller and eBay stated that “a refund will be given”. There is no ‘escalate’ option. Thank you for any advice.

If you opened a "not received" case and it's been 4 or more days click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.
