No reply back from seller. Only 1/3 items received.

Hi. I’ve ordered 3/3 of a given item. I’ve received 1/3 of the item. 2/3 still outstanding. Seller not responding to my 2 messages. Help/advice please? Thanks.

If they were bought in one lot you need to open a "not as described" return rather than a "not received" case. So start a return on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041
select "Doesn't match description" and escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.

The seller will still have the option to send the missing items or issue a partial refund but do not close your case until they do.   You won't be able to open another one.   If items are to be sent back seller pays for the postage label which you will receive via ebay.

If these were all on one order you need to open an item not as described case do NOT claim not received.

To start a claim find the item in your purchases then under more actions select 'return this item'
