Postage

The address of my buyer wasn’t correct and so it looked like they had not bought a postage label. I’ve posted the item and have now realised there is a postage label if I amend the buyers address myself. How will I get paid for the item when it won’t show as being delivered with the tracking details on eBay?

Open the original label and that will mark it dispatched.  Then change the tracking number via View Order Details.  If you can't change it the payment will be released anyway in 14 days.
