Ebay product issue email

Got an email from Ebay with concerns about a mobility scooter charger that I bought over a year ago.. Apparently there's a potential safety risk with it.. Told me to stop using and to contact the seller... Sent message to the seller but they don't seem interested apart from trying to fob me off replies.. Anyone got an idea how to escalate this?

Ebay product issue email

You cannot report this to eBay as they do not offer warranties or guarantees on items, just that they are just as described on receipt.  If they are not,  a buyer has 30 days under eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy,  to return the item for a full refund.

eBay will pass on recall notices to buyers, but only for information , any responsibility will rest with the seller, who is not responding to you,  or manufacturer.

If you bought this from a Private seller you are too late to claim a refund.

This is now between you and the manufacturer of the item,  contact them to see what they suggest and how to proceed.
