Seller won't send item to my country after winning bid

Hi,

I won an auction but when trying to pay it says the seller won't send to my country. I've contacted him

and it says he can and sent me a screenshot that he does send to everywhere. What could be the problem here? Thank you in advance!

Send them a message to put you on their exemption list in their Site Preferences,  they may need a laptop /PC and Chrome to do this,  see if that helps.
