Hi,
Sold an item to a buyer. Simple Delivery defaults to DHL as the courier because of the size and weight, and it defaulted to the courier picking the item up. This was due last Tuesday, it has been a week and at no point have they turned up.
All address details are correct. I have also informed the buyer.
I tried to call DHL eCommerce but the bot doesn't let you talk to a human. So sent them an email. I don't trust them however. Is there a way I can cancel the postage and re-book as a drop off? Or do I just have to wait and risk the buyer raising an INR?
Any advice appreciated.
