Issue With Invalid Return Label – Request for Refund or Valid Label

Hello,

I bought this item from a seller, but it wasn’t what I expected, so I decided to return it. The seller sent me a Royal Mail return label, but Royal Mail won’t accept my parcel because of its weight and height. I asked for another label, but the seller says that’s the only one they have.

I don’t think it’s fair to give a customer a label that doesn’t work for the item. I either need a valid return label that lets me send it back, or a full refund. Sending it myself would cost almost as much as (or more than) the item. Please help me get a proper solution.

Thank you.

I assume you opened a proper Not as described case, so if label supplied is incorrect you contact ebay to get correct label.

It may be possible to do this by escalating the return case, as seller has not provided correct label.
