Partial refund, WHY!

I order some parts and the total was just short of £24. They did not arrive. The courier sent a message saying they had been damaged in transit. EBay looked into it under buyer protection I assume and sent a refund of under half (£11) of what I paid. I can find no expansion in the help section, chat bots don’t understand and for the life of me I cannot find where you can actually ask an agent. Any help or pointers would be great, thank you.

You may need to contact Ebay and make a fuss!

I will also ask the community team to step in at this early stage for their comments and (hopefully!) assistance.
