Get ebay involved

I want to get ebay involved in a dispute as I have returned a faulty item that is under 12months warranty and they gave not replied to me regarding a refund. Its the 2nd one I've had to send back. 

There appears to be no option on the conversation to involve ebay and im not sure how to do it. Please help!

If it's more than 30 days since you received the item you bought on ebay, ebay won't get involved so there is no point contacting them.

Ebay do not get involved in warranties, speak to citizens advice if you bought from a business seller. If a private seller warranty is unlikely to be transferable.
