I'm afraid there's nothing there that breaks feedback rules for eBay to remove that recent negative.
It's the buyer's opinion that they were disappointed as the item arrived late.
If you can appease the buyer that a courier's delivery times is out of your hands, then they may agree to a feedback revision you can send to them.
Otherwise, the feedback stays, but you did leave a good follow up.
Buyers do read feedback that others have left for a seller, and it does influence their buying from you I doubt very much this one will make much difference to your total negs!
