LOST PARCEL

Not had this happen before but just wondering if there is someone who could answer my question please?

I sent a parcel to a buyer which went missing.  Having used e-bay's simple delivery, they sorted it all out and refunded my buyer and I have to say this was done very quickly.

However, when I look at the items I have sold this particular listing states "e-bay refunded" which to me says to anyone looking if they see what I see, that I was at fault when I was most definitely and totally was not.

Whilst I appreciate that e-bay have stated that it won't affect my ratings, etc., I do think it should also have some reference as to why e-bay refunded, for example (1) lost parcel and/or (2) seller not at fault as used e-bay simple delivery and therefore refunded by e-bay under their policy/rules.

Am I just being over-sensitive?

I have to say that I am very impressed with using "simple delivery" and would not dream of not using as it definitely was one of my better decisions!

Thank you.

Nobody apart from you can see that Ebay refunded a buyer.

LOST PARCEL

Thank you very much.  As an "old 'un" sometimes I haven't a clue and I can't blame technology just ageing of my brain!
