Item posted but not able to track

I posted the item to the buyer but they have stated that I haven't received however I don't have a tracking number and feel I am being done

Did you use eBay's postage label?    If so the tracking would enter the system automatically.

Was it the watch?
You charged 87p postage - if that is all you put on, it will have been held up because of having insufficient postage on it.

87p is the postage for a letter - a flat envelope with very slim contents such as a folded letter.
