Hi I have posted a tracked item to a buyer who has received it and has left positive feedback. The item is still showing as despatched and not received. I have contacted buyer to ask if they could mark it as received but they are stating that I have to do this through ebay. How do I update the item to show as received. Many thanks
There is nothing the buyer can do. As long as you used the ebay postage label the tracking will be added automatically and there's nothing else you can do. You will receive the payment anyway after 14 days.
Thank you. We have received the funds so that's ok. It's just marking up the sold items correctly. I didn't want ebay to contact me about the item not being delivered, when the buyer has confirmed it has.
