Refunded buyer but the buyer emailed to say she made mistake, requested refund for wrong item.

A buyer bought a lamp off me saying it was damaged, so I fully refunded her. Today I had a message saying she had requested a refund for the wrong lamp and would like to keep the one I sent. Any ideas where I go from here.

Message the buyer and tell her you are pleased that she is happy with the lamp from you and how would she like to pay you for it.

There is no way to do this through Ebay - you can't send a new invoice or reverse the refund.

The easiest way would be for the buyer to pay you using a bank transfer
