Hi all I’m leaving eBay buyer asked me to deliver to her, I obliged not realising it was a 2 hour round trip, however even though the buyer has left me feedback I am being told that I will be paid after the 5 th of March. I delivered on the 18th of February. EBay are racking up a lot of interest on our money. I’m not using a service that doesn’t have a customer contact and just gives generic advice that doesn’t address the issue. Old  eBay was much better.

The system for payouts has had a major change.

Was this a collection item, and you decided to deliver it yourself?  Then message the buyer to look for the 6 digit QR code found either in eBay emails / message/ order details.  They need to send those number to you for you to manually enter the numbers in the order details to the left of .....  Confirm Collection.

If this was an item that should have been posted now with no tracking to prove delivery, you will have to wait 14 days for that payout.
