Recently bought. Lawnmower and strimmer seller listed with parcelforce 24 but once purchased decided to send via yodel which took 9 days to get it on arrival the item is a mess and not AS NEW as listed packaging was terrible tape on the strimmer i opened a case about the delivery but now won't let me escalate and return because it definitely not as described

Close item not received case and open item not as described case.

Escalate on day 4 if no label or refund.
