Estimated delivery dates not reflecting dispatch time

Hi,
I chose 3 days dispatch time for my listed items, which end on Sunday evening. I assumed I then have 3 days within which to get to the post office to dispatch them, so the latest I should post them is Wednesday. However, the estimated delivery dates shown on the listings are between the Wednesday and Thursday, so not allowing me the 3 days dispatch time that I opted for. When I try to revise the options, the 3 day dispatch option is clearly ticked. Can anyone please advise me on this?

Probably the best way to change this is to set your 'working' days to exclude Wednesday and possibly Thursday - that way, your posting time and your EDD will be a bit more generous/realistic.

The setting is here https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/prf

about half way down the page,

Just go to 'set your working days' and edit it.

That worked for me.
