EBay are going to take my money when I’m in the right

Wondered if anyone can help as I can’t seem to find a number for eBay or contact anyone I’ve recently sold a pair of Michael core trainers.  Trainers only went for £10 but I posted them with  Evri The buyer contacted me to say that they had been delivered by Evri but stolen from their address this person has now put a claim in against me but has admitted on text that it isn’t my fault and they were delivered and even though I have said eBay will take my money. I’m just not getting any answers and they’re ignoring me now what do I do? It’s only £10 but it’s just the whole principal of somebody trying to get money when they know they’re in the wrong and eBay is just gonna take it from me anyway I want to stop it but there’s no one to talk to I have reported this  but heard nothing from eBay. Thank you. If you have any suggestions

You do not need to contact eBay for this.

Just enter the tracking numbers showing delivery into the case details,  and this will close it in your favour no need to refund.

You are not responsible where a courier leaves an item, and yes,  left in an unsafe place, it can be stolen.

Your responsibility ended by showing with the tracking,  the item was delivered.
