Can someone help me please as I am slightly confused. My buyer wrote to me after receiving my item and apologised that he'd accidentally left neg feedback, so could I send him a revision form and he would sort it out to positive. Did this and ebay removed the negative feedback. Got an email saying he had revised it (showed me what he'd put), but it hasn't updated on my feedback profile. Why is this? Thank you.
