Combining postage

A buyer has paid for one item including postage but asked me not to post because she wanted to bid on 2 other items and then I could post them all together. She has been successful with these items and now wants me to send her an invoice for the two items with a combined postage. How do I do this?

Combining postage

With ebay's new Simple Delivery the items have to be bought in one transaction on checkout for them to be combined.   If you don't want to send the two lots separately it's best to cancel/refund all three and relist them in one listing with one postage for the buyer to buy again.     You do that from the more actions dropdown menu for the items on your orders list.

An alternative would be to send them together with the postage paid but some of the items won't be tracked.   You would still receive payment after 14 days but you risk the buyer claiming non-receipt.
