Based in Latvia and using a UK registered account to sell is likely to have difficulties with EU <> UK  transactions --- Default UK Import/Export VAT duty / rules will be applied for European sales >

 If either the Buyer/Seller is based or has an account Registered outside the UK ,  then additional  Import VAT is charged >

I listed same Item in ebay.de, and  still have same error, when buyer try to buy it. 

Buyer unhappy woth me because of this 😞
