Bluegrid phone case from naked phone cells

Could I ask for ebay to step in and help with my item that was returned to the USA phone shop  on the 10th to the 23rd of April but the seller has been messing around and saying that he still hasn't received the phone cover from and he I suspect that this is fraud so I would advice to not but anything else from this seller

Just to be clear you have tracking showing it was delivered back to the seller?

then,  if you haven't done so already open the relevant case and enter those tracking numbers.

It gives the seller 48 hours to refund you, if they don't,  you escalate the case,  ask eBay to step in and they'll force the refund.
