I've made a purchase, the payment as been taken from my bank, but nothing is showing in "My purchases".

The automated help, can't help, because I don't have the purchase showing.

If you logged in via Google, etc. you may have used a guest account without realising.    Details here:

If it's not that it's possible the seller's account has been suspended by ebay.   You may still receive the item but if not you can try a case with eBay to get your money back.   Wait until after the estimated delivery date on the listing then select "I haven't received it yet" on here:

and escalate after 3 business days to get a refund.

Or contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback.
