I had some items posted with the old postage tariff, so I took the time to go through my ads and changed it all to the new tariffs, and I have checked it's done. However, today someone bought an item and it was with the old tariff fee!!!??? And the buyers address is hidden?? Can anyone explain that please or advise what to do? Thx
