Seller posted order to wrong address and it was delivered there, now refuse refund, ebay support him

Hi, ordered 2 jewelery items from 2 different sellers on ebay. Paid over £100 in total for them. A few days later i received a messages from both sellers that they made a mistake with my address and chosen my address as a neighbour address, it seems i am dealing with one seller with 2 accounts. Unfortunately the little typo mistake they made is a different building. I kindly explained that delivery to neighbour(in this case me) only works if Royal mail does not try to deliver the parcel to the primary address. Unfortunately Royal mail delivered my parcels to the wrong address and from proof of delivery it is clearly visible it is not my address nor my doorstep. I have tried to retrieve my parcels from the address, but when knocking at the door, someone comes to the door but does not answer it, i have left a note with what happened and contact details, but people who leaves there does not contact me. I opened 2 cases with ebay and ebay decided both in a favour of the seller, where it is clearly visible the items was not delivered to my address, i also appealed the cases, but ebay kept the original outcome. I am shocked, asked seller for refund, but they don't reply. Unfortunately i paid with my ebay balance and paypal is not an option. What should i do? Thanks
