Hello i have problem with seller a order 3 curtains and when arrived it was very bad and different product with the description and pictures i ask him to return he told me you must pay for shipping fee I said it’s you fault not me i was sent back all items and he received from last week but he does give me money back
please i want full refund for my money and shipping fee refund because i contact ebay customer service they advised me to pay for postage then they will give me back the postage cost this is first time happening since I buy from ebay

Nooo, if customer service told you to pay for that postage and they'll refund you, that it NOT correct.
Ignore that advice, message the seller no more, just proceed this way:
You have received an item not as described, go right of the item in your Purchase History and from More Actions select... Return this item selecting the reason Item Does Not Match Description or Photos.
The seller needs to accept this case within 3 days and refund, if they want their item back first , they need to pay for that fully tracked return postage, then on receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you. If they don't , need to escalate the case, ask eBay to step in, and they'll force the refund.
Never listen to any excuse or promise from the seller to close the case early, and do not forget to escalate.
If this was 3 separate orders, then open 3 cases.

You do not have to receive any answers from the seller.
As i explained in my post above, open that case for item not as described, it's all automatic, no human contact.
Seller has 3 days to accept and send that tracked return postage if they want their item back.
If they don't, you escalate the case, you ask eBay to step in and they'll force the refund.
No need for any messages, no replies, just open this case.
