Return faulty items

Good afternoon,

We purchased a pair of air-struts for a Tesla. We fitted them to the car but they are very poor quality and are very noisy in operation.  Customer wasn't happy so we agreed to replace them with genuine parts. I have been speaking to the seller since reporting this back in April but have been unable to get them to accept them back for a refund.

Any ideas?

Adam

It is too late to do anything through Ebay who allow you 30 days to open a return for an item.

You could try your payment provider on the grounds that you have made a purchase online which is not fit for purpose.

Return faulty items

Hi there,

Thanks for the reply, very frustrating that people are allowed to sell such poor quality items like this and then not be prepared to do anything sensible to help.

Good idea to try our credit card cover, I will look into that
