Evri - delivery to Norther Ireland?

My buyer cannot complete their purchase. They are being told that the item cannot be delivered to them in Northern Ireland - I had chosen Evri as the service & cannot changer this. Does anyone have any idea how this can be solved?

Evri charge more to NI, Royal Mail do not.   You could cancel the transaction and relist after opting out of using Evri for the buyer to buy again.
